    Comfortable beds, disappointing amenities

    The hotel's location was quite good, providing quick access to local attractions. The spa facilities were also well-maintained and offered a variety of treatments, which we appreciated after a day of skiing.

    Unfortunately, the hotel fell short in several areas. Customer service was lacking, particularly at the bar, where we felt ignored and underwhelmed by the food options available. Our room was not cleaned well throughout our stay, with towels and linens being neglected.

    Everything was amazing here - amiable stuff and beautifully decorated rooms. Amazing food for all meals. What an absolutely perfect and magnificent location to the morning flight from Sofia! And close enough to Very close to the Gondola as well as ski lift. Its good service. Not to mention private parking available onsite. A real good way to end my trip...

    Comfortable and Pet-Friendly Stay

    We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment and enjoyed the amazing mountain views from our balcony. The heated saltwater pool was a perfect escape after a day on the slopes. And direct access to ski rentals and a shuttle service to the gondola, and it was wonderful to have our dog with us in a pet-friendly environment. I would have liked a bit more variety in the dinner menu.

    Check-in felt a bit disorganized as my room wasn't ready, and once I got in, it was less than clean, with dusty corners and unmade beds. The dining options were rather stale, with repetitive meals for breakfast and dinner that lacked any fresh variety. While the pool area is a highlight, the water temperature was disappointingly cold was nice.

    We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment, and it was super spacious and comfy. The beds and pillows were really nice. Plus, the kitchen had a coffee machine, a cool perk! The view of the mountains from our balcony was fine. Daily cleaning service kept everything fresh. The large bathtub was a nice touch.

    The location was marvellous, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Church. It was right by Bansko ski lift, the ski slope, the center, and the mountain. - Our double room was heated with a magnificent view. - Everything was brand-new. - the staff were great and perfect.
